All scheduling requests MUST be put in the comment section of your registration.
If you are double registering (the same team) you must register in two different divisions and fill out another online registration form for your 2nd team
Head coach MUST be listed as the main contact on your registration with accurate contact information
Must be able to play on the listed "days of play" for your age group. (See home page for list)
Any day of cancellations will be considered a forfeit
