- Recreational: This is for teams with little experience that are still learning and don’t have the skills or physical advantage to be considered competitive.
- Intermediate: This is for teams with experience with intermediate level of skill that do not travel, or only travel some.
- Competitive: This is for the experienced teams with a higher level of skill and teams that travel for competition.

- School Division: This is for teams consisting of members who all attended the same schools or attend feeder schools to the same high school.
7th - 12th Grade, boys and girls
- Intermediate: This is for teams with experience and a good level of skill that do not travel, or only travel some.
- Competitive: This is for the experienced teams with a higher level of skill and teams that travel for competition
- Man Defense Only: This is for the teams interested in learning how to be better defenders. This is beneficial to both teams as it allows offensive players to work on timely passing and offensive moves without being stifled by a constant zone.
